Welcome to ZURAjet. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our platform or booking a flight through us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Brokerage Disclosure

ZURAjet acts as an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. ZURAjet does not own or operate any aircraft. All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent (“Carriers”), who maintain full operational control of charter flights at all times. All Carriers meet FAA, EASA, or UK CAA safety requirements and additional safety standards established by ZURAjet.

2. Booking and Acceptance

A booking is considered confirmed only when ZURAjet issues a written confirmation and the required payment/deposit is received. All quotes are subject to aircraft availability and crew scheduling at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

Charter prices include the aircraft, crew, fuel, and standard landing fees. Additional costs such as de-icing, high-density airport fees, or special catering will be invoiced separately. Detailed payment schedules are outlined in our Payment Terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the operator and aircraft type. Specific terms will be provided in your charter agreement. Generally, cancellations made within 48-72 hours of departure may incur significant fees, up to 100% of the charter price.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

ZURAjet shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control restrictions, or government actions.
