ZURAJETS, LLC is NOT classified as an “Air Carrier.” Instead, ZURAJET serves as an agent for its clients, organizing flights on aircraft managed by Operators who operate under FAR Part 135 or 121, or their foreign equivalents. These Operators retain full operational control over the charter flights. Any Operators offering services to ZURAJETS, LLC are required to meet both FAA safety standards and the additional safety requirements set by ZURAJETS, LLC.
